Frequently Asked Questions
1) Do I need prior experience?
No. Our Essentials path starts from surface diagnosis and simple roller control. Advanced paths build on the same calm framework.
2) What tools do I need?
For walls and ceilings: masking tape, drop cloths, sanding block (120–220 grit), a 9-inch roller frame and tray, 3/8–1/2 inch nap covers, a 2-inch angled brush, and low-odor primer. Courses list specifics inside the catalog modal.
3) How long are the courses?
From 2 to 16 hours of focused material. Each includes drills and checklists for independent practice, without requiring photos or uploads.
4) Do you offer certificates?
Yes. Selected courses include a digital certificate. The catalog clearly marks certificate availability.
5) Are refunds available?
We offer a 7-day refund window for courses under 20% completion. We avoid artificial urgency and never run fake countdowns.
6) Will I learn spray painting?
We teach safe basics with HVLP and airless sprayers for interiors. You will learn masking, tip selection, and cleaning.
7) Can I access courses offline?
You can download lesson notes and checklists for offline review. Video streaming requires an internet connection.
8) Do you cover color selection?
Yes. We teach muted palettes and low-contrast combinations that align with Scandinavian interiors and reduce glare.
9) Is safety included?
We include health-first guidelines on ventilation, respirators, and safe ladder use for ceilings and high walls.
