Course access and license
When you purchase a course, we grant a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for the stated term. You may not resell, share, or publicly display course materials without written permission.
User conduct
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or share login credentials.
- Do not upload unlawful or harmful content to communications or forums.
- Respect intellectual property and confidentiality obligations.
Payments and refunds
You agree to pay listed prices and any applicable taxes. Refunds are available within 7 days if you have completed less than 20% of a course. Processing times depend on payment providers.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VertexNest Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We avoid manipulative urgency tactics and do not use fake countdowns.
